By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Product Information & Usage
Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and textures of our cosmetics as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
Health Disclaimer: Our products are for external use only. We recommend performing a patch test before using any new cosmetic product. Lumé is not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from the use of our products. Please review all ingredients listed on the product packaging.
3. Orders and Pricing
Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.
Pre-orders: Items purchased as a “Pre-order” will be shipped as soon as stock becomes available. Estimated shipping dates are projections and not guarantees.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times vary by location. Lumé is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance processes. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of cosmetic products:
Unopened Items: We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.
Opened Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used unless the product is proven to be defective.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Lumé and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or sell any portion of our service without express written permission.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
