Thank you for choosing Lumé. We strive to get your favorite beauty essentials to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping operations.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following Monday.
During high-volume periods (such as new product launches or holiday sales), processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a notification via email once your order has shipped.
2. Expected Delivery Times
We offer several shipping tiers to meet your needs. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
3. Pre-orders
Items marked as “Pre-order” will ship as soon as stock becomes available.
If your order contains both “In-Stock” and “Pre-order” items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready.
If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.
4. Shipping Rates & Tracking
Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey.
Free Shipping: We are proud to offer free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 (domestic only).
5. Cosmetic Integrity & Weather
Because our products contain active ingredients and natural waxes, they can sometimes be affected by extreme heat.
We recommend retrieving your package from your mailbox or doorstep promptly upon delivery to ensure product consistency.
If a product arrives melted or damaged due to temperature, please contact support@lume.com within 48 hours.
6. International Shipping (Customs & Duties)
Lumé ships worldwide. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lumé is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Issues?
If your tracking info shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark items as delivered early) before contacting us at shipping@lume.com.
